V-Kitchen – Bulk Food By Kg (“V-Kitchen”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by Vertex Hospitality Company Pvt. Ltd. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you provide when using our mobile application and related services.

1. About V-Kitchen
V-Kitchen is a food-ordering application that enables customers to browse available food items, order food in bulk quantities, select delivery dates and delivery slots, make online payments, and view order status.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account and Authentication Information
When you create or access a V-Kitchen account, we may collect your mobile phone number, authentication-related information, name, and email address if provided. The application uses phone-number-based authentication, which may involve a one-time password (OTP).
2.2 Profile Information
Your account profile may contain your name, mobile phone number, and email address, depending on the information you provide.
2.3 Delivery Address Information
To fulfil your order, we may collect your recipient name, phone number, delivery address, and other address details you provide.
V-Kitchen does not require access to your device’s precise GPS location to place an order. Information you manually provide as a delivery address is distinct from your device’s GPS location.
2.4 Order Information
When you place an order, we may collect food item names, prices, quantities, measurement units, item notes, total order value, delivery date, delivery slot, order status, order identifiers, and customer information associated with the order.
2.5 Payment and Transaction Information
V-Kitchen uses Razorpay to facilitate online payments. We may receive and store transaction details needed to verify and reconcile orders, including payment amount, payment status, payment identifier, Razorpay order identifier, and payment mode.
We do not intentionally store complete debit-card, credit-card, banking, or UPI credentials in our own application database. Payment information is processed by the applicable payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Create and maintain your account.
Authenticate your identity.
Process and fulfil food orders.
Arrange delivery to the address you provide.
Process and verify payments.
Maintain order and transaction records.

4. Firebase and Google Services
V-Kitchen uses Google Firebase services to support parts of its application infrastructure. Depending on the functionality used, these may include Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Cloud Functions, Firebase Cloud Storage, and Firebase Cloud Messaging.
These services support authentication, application data storage, backend processing, order functionality, and notifications where enabled.
Information transmitted between the application and backend services is protected using encrypted communications such as HTTPS/TLS. Google’s applicable privacy terms may also govern its processing of information.
5. Razorpay Payment Services
When you choose to make an online payment, information necessary to process and verify the transaction may be transmitted to Razorpay and relevant payment providers.
V-Kitchen may receive transaction references and payment information required for order processing, verification, reconciliation, customer support, and record keeping.

6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information where reasonably necessary to provide our services.
Payment providers: Razorpay and relevant payment networks or financial institutions may process information necessary to complete transactions.
Cloud service providers: Google Firebase services may process information required to operate the application.
Order fulfilment: Authorized V-Kitchen personnel may access customer names, contact numbers, delivery addresses, order details, and delivery schedules as necessary to prepare and deliver orders.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information where required by applicable law, court order, or lawful governmental request.
Security: Information may be processed or disclosed as reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, unauthorized transactions, security incidents, or misuse of our services.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. These measures include authenticated access controls and encrypted network communications.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Please provide your name, the mobile number registered with your account, and your associated email address if applicable. We may request reasonable verification to confirm that you own the account.
Do not send your OTP, password, UPI PIN, card number, or other payment credentials by email.
What happens after a request?
After verifying a valid request, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account that is not required to be retained.
This may include profile information, phone number, email address where applicable, saved delivery addresses, and other account-associated personal information.
Certain information relating to completed orders, payments, refunds, accounting, taxation, fraud prevention, security, or legal obligations may be retained for the period required or reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an existing order or reverse a completed payment. Any cancellation or refund must be handled under the applicable order and refund process.
We will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the request. Where information must be retained for a lawful purpose, it may be retained for the applicable period.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information associated with your account, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your account and associated data, or information about our data-processing practices.
